Sound baths and sound massages

If you long for deep rest, relaxation and physical and emotional renewal, I warmly invite you to my sound baths and sound massages. During these sessions, I will guide you for one hour away from the noise of everyday life into a special world of sound, using my instruments, my voice, as well as touch and massage, in a safe and nurturing space.

As a musician, singer and music therapist, I choose the instruments I work with through a deep sensitivity to sound and harmony. I use only high-quality, handcrafted instruments whose tones and harmonies complement each other and blend with my voice, creating a gentle and harmonious sound space around you.

The vibrations of the instruments, the voice and silence can support deep relaxation, a quieter mind and the experience of inner harmony. In this deeply relaxed state, the body and mind can rest, allowing the tensions accumulated through everyday life to gradually dissolve.

Sound baths

In a reclining position on my individual or group sound baths, a brief visualisation introduction quiets the mind and relaxes the body to become receptive to the immersive experience of the sound bath I gradually build up, interweaving ringing and chiming sounds, humming, deep vibrations, silence, singing, whispering. 

Individual Sound Bath – 60 min

Small group sound bath (max. 6 people) – 60 minutes

Price: 120€

My sound baths can be booked for events, festivals, small and large groups. You can arrange the location and price by e-mail or phone.

Sound massages

In my individual sound massages, I combine the sound bath experience with touch and massage based on Swedish, Thai massage techniques, holistic rocking and intuitive touch through comfortable clothing. My sound baths can be booked for events, festivals, small and large groups. Location and price can be arranged by email or phone.

Individual sound massage – 60 minutes

Price: 70€
